Akiba Studio: Posters & Cards

This card was used as a thank you card for those who attended my daughter's 1st Birthday celebration. There is a front and back cover, and when printed folds nicely together in half and you can use it as an attachment to a gift, or even as part of your memento to guests with a printed picture slotted in the middle.

This was another card used as a gift for guests whom attended my daughter's first month party. My wife bought cookies, and we packed them into little gift sets with the card attached on top.

As part of the decorations for the birthday party, my wife suggested that I do up this poster so that the guests can have something to look at. She picked the pictures for me, and we arranged them together to create an alphabet chart, personalised for our daughter of course. It serves as a good way to show the guests her different facial expressions, and also a good way to archive memories of her 1st year.

This other poster was done back after her first month, and was also used as a decoration for the guests to view. It shows each and every of her first 30 days, and we took so many pictures it was relatively easy to pick the ones we liked best and to arrange it in a manner that was easy for people to look at. It's also great as a decorative poster, and still have it hanging even today. Note the Christmas theme as it was in December back then :)

This very simple mini poster was done before the birth of my daughter, and we hung it up on her bed while she was pushed around by the nurses during the first 2 days after birth. It was great cause we recognised her easily with all those other babies with this marker. Also, the meaning of her name was stated clearly so that I didn't have to explain so many times :)
